„Digital Disruption in the Consulting Market – Innovative Business Models in the German-speaking World“
The consultancy market is being revolutionised by the outbreak of a digital disruption. In recent years, a rash of new firms have entered the market with the aim of bringing together individual consultants and projects in the most efficient and flexible manner possible.
Basing themselves on a scheme to digitalise processes wholly or in part, these firms pitch themselves at new sectors of the market, offering their clients the chance to engage consultants more cheaply and more flexibly, and to re-define their projects with new formatting. This trend is causing fundamental strategic implications for everyone in the market, but especially for traditional consultancy firms.
